home-buying Struggle

The home-buying process in the Philippines is notoriously time-consuming, requiring multiple steps and interactions that can overwhelm buyers.

HomeKey needed to address this pain point by providing a platform that simplifies and accelerates the process while maintaining trust and professionalism.

The Goal

To develop a Budget Finder tool that helps homebuyers evaluate properties that fit their needs, create a comprehensive marketplace for homes and properties, and partner with banks and land developers to build an ecosystem that streamlines and accelerates the home-buying process in the Philippines

Role

Warren Labuan co-designed the interface and user experience of HomeKey, ensuring that the platform was intuitive and visually engaging. He also created bespoke illustrations that aligned with HomeKey's branding, enhancing its overall design and effectively communicating its values.
